    Energetic music, great spirit, lots of lost calories - it’s all in the Latin Solo! You may attend one or two classes per week.

  • Our Latin Solo program was designed for maximum results in the shortest time. You will learn basic dance moves from styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Rumba, Samba, Merengue, and Cha-cha-cha while improving your fitness level. Each class lasts for 1 hour.

    Professional Dancer, Instructor and Teacher


    Natalia Filatov is a professional dancer and teacher, as well as silver medalist of the WDC World Open Championship (France).

    Natalia offers dance and fitness instruction to group classes and private lessons to women and children. Natalia has an elementary teacher’s degree, which may be one of the reasons why she works so well with kids as young as 3.

      Clothing that doesn’t restrict movement, for example: T-shirt and sweatpants or a loose top and leggings.

    • Footwear

      Indoor shoes mandatory! Sneakers are allowed. Heeled shoes are not recommended for beginners.
