  • Our Body Ballet Class blends ballet-inspired movements with upbeat music, strength training, and floor work to help you develop a lean dancer's body.

    This barre fitness class uses small movements, body-weight exercises and repetition to strengthen the body from head to toe and increase your heart rate for a fun stress-relieving calorie burn.

    Ballet Teacher

    Jasmine van Schouwen is a classical ballet dancer with twenty years of training in the Russian Vaganova method. She completed her highest level Society of Russian Ballet examinations in 2012 with distinction (the highest mark that students may be awarded), and has attended many summer intensive training programmes including at the École Supérieure de Ballet de Montréal.
